Immediately following these services, the officers and members of Wetzel Compton Women's Relief corps, No. 5 V conducted tbe services In memory of tbe unknown dead. Tbis was tbe first time that these services were ever used In this city and were therefore something entirely new. The services were led by the president, Flora Dillon, and Mrs. F, Z. Letter. At the conclusion to the services to the unknown dead the assemblage sane the doxoiogy—"Praise Ood from Whom All Blessings Flow" and tbe benediction w<is pronounced. The procession was then reformed and returned to the city Tla Heaton street to Seventh, south on Seventh to High and east on High to the court house, where the Hamilton battalion give a dress parade.
