It appearing by affidavit on file !n the Clerk's office of the Ciret-it Court of Madison County, aforesaid, in the above entitled cause, that the said defendant Raymond Liskey is a non-resident of the State of Illinois, and without the reach of the ordinary ordinary process of this court, and the said complainant having filed her bill for divorce herein and a summons In chancery having been issued herein herein according to law returnable on the third Monday of March 1929. Now yon, the said defendant, whose non-residence appears »a above, are hereby notified that i^nless you be and appear before oar said Circuit Court, to be holden at the Court House in the City of Edwardsville, Edwardsville, on the third Monday of March A.
