SENECA - CO COURT NOTES TIFFI.V, Aug. 29 — (Special) — Seneca-co will be virtually out of debt and Tiffin's indebtedness will be cut to a. new low level Sept. 1 as bonds are paid. County bonds totaling ?17,000 and Interest aggregating 1935 will be paid Sept. 1, leaving only |2,000 In bonds and JllO in interest due next year, and there is money In the treasury to pay both. The county as far back as the beginning of 1935 had a balance of ?50,345.68 in the bond retirement fund. Out of this $38,153.75 was set aside to pay all bonds and interest. Bonds totaling J17,500 and interest of J608,75 were paid last year. File Suit In Court Suit to quiet the title of a Seneca-co farm was filed by Dean A. Nye in common pleas court against I he unknown heirs of the late John T. Hu-ss and the late G. F. Harp- sler. Huss died •without formally releasing a mortgage which was paid in 1876 and Harpster died without releasing an oil lease, according to the petition.
