William Wesner Jr. and Edna Cravens Wedding
of was to in working north Nov. his Miss Efina Cravens and William Wesner. Jr., both students at Anderson college, Anderson. Ind.. were married at a candlelight service p. m. Saturday at the First of God in Lexington. Ky. Miss Cravens is the daugjittr of Mr. and Mrs. Ethridge Cravens of Lexington and Mr. Wesner is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Wesner, Wesner, Sr., 909 Pine street. The Rev. T. W. Farmer performed the ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Carolyn Denniston presided at organ and George Denniston was vocalist. The bride wore white taffeta ntted bodice, cap sleeves and a I train. She carried a white Bible topped with lilies of the valley. Alma M. Cravens, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor. She an orchid organdy gown, carried arm bouquet of pink roses and a rose In her hair. Ervin Westier of St. Joseph was best man. The groom's other attendants were Sam Wellman of Morgan- lown. N. C.. and La Verne Radcliff, Anderson. Ind. Ushers were Dennis and Earl Cravans. A reception followed the wedding at the home of the bride's parents for 100 guests. The couple will reside at 613 tape avenue, Anderson, Ind. The bride, a graduate of the Ciay high school at Lexington, attended attended the University of Kentucky and Anderson college. Mr. Wesner was graduated from St. Joseph high school, spent two years in military service in India and China and is attending Anderson Anderson college at the present time.
