Bendall this morning concluded an enquiry into the facts surrounding the death of Calvin Hardy. 47, at Community hospital late Sunday nlgh.t. a circumstance which led to the arest of his son, James Dudley Hardy. 27. who was jailed on a charge of murder. Mr. Bendall said that the charge of murder against Hardy would be quashed in the light of the conclusions reached by City Coroner H. A.
