Constance Oliver Dies at Age 57 Mrs. Constance A. (Lacey) Oliver, 57, wife of Elbert H. Oliver Sr., 540 Walnut St., was dead on arrival at Medical Center North Wednesday afternoon afternoon after being stricken at Brother of Two Area Women Dies at Age 75 Funeral services for L. A viewing will be 7 to 9 tonight tonight and 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Mr. Van Hise died Tuesday1 home. She was transported In a Good Will ambulance. Born in Pottstown, Mrs. Oliver was a daughter of the late Clement and Mary Lacy. She was a local resident all of her life, and was a Democrat committeewoman in the second ward. She also was a member of Second Baptist Church and Keystone Chapter 87, Order of Eastern Star. Surviving with her widower are a son. Elbert H. Oliver Jr., Orlando. Fla.; a daughter, Ma r 1 e n e , wife of James Hedgepeth, 526 Walnut St.; a stepdaughter. Doris, wife of Edward Russell, Mt. Airy; a foster daughter, Mrs. Juanita Sutton, Wilmington, Del Also, two brothers. Gerald Lacey, 528 Walnut St., and Earl Lacey, Philadelphia.
