Deaths CHARLES 7/VHRNDT OALENA—Charles Zahrndt, 67, Galena, was found dead at 10:30 a.m. today In a garage on the William Knoebber property which he used as a workshop. Jo 'Davless County Sheriff Lawrence Grebner Indicated that death was due to hanging. The body was discovered by Zahrndt's sister, Mrs. Oliver Edwards, with whom he lived. He had left home earlier In the day with some rope, advising his sister that 'he Intended to use It for some carpenter work. Charles Bartell, Jo Davless County coroner, will hold an Inquest at the Furlong Funeral Home. Mr. Zahrndt was born May 14, 1885, in Gullford Township and was a bachelor. He worked as a carpenter and a handyman in Galena. Survivors Include one brother, Henry Zahrndt of Galena; and three sisters, Mrs. Edwards, Mrs. Charles Wlckler, both of Galena; and Mrs. William West of Hazel Green, Wis. Funeral arrangements are being made at the Furlong Funeral Home.
