i Former Local \GirlIsBride Of Virginian Miss Dorothy E. Rowan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George McClellan. Arlington, Va., and granddaughter of Mrs. Leatha Wilson, formerly of Cumberland and the late James Wilson, became the bride of Forrest A. Hanlock, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Hanlock, of Bealton, Va., June 9, at the 'Lutheran Resurrection Church, Arlington. Rev. Dana Johnson officiated. Miss Geraldine Kipps was maid of honor and Ray Klpps served as best man. Following the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride after which the couple left for a wedding trip to Winchester, Va., and along the Skyline Drive. Mrs. Hanlock attended Allegany High School and Catherman's Business School in Cumberland and is employed by the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company, Falls Church, Va. Mr. Hanlock is a graduate of Bealton High School and served 18 months in the Navy in World War H. He is affiliated with his lather on a dairy farm in Bealton and is employed as a carpenter by the Williams Construction Corporation, Washington. The couple is residing In Fails Church.
