Haggerty Pleads Innocent
At will at of evening Haggerty Pleads Innocent Rochester, N. Y., Oct. 30 OR-Charles R. Haggerty, .39, former Republican state assemblyman, pleaded Innocent today to an indictment indictment listing 141 charger in connection with alleged insurance frauds totaling $64,687. Haggerty, secretary of the Insurance firm Hayes, Sharp and Haggerty, is second member of the firm arraigned arraigned this week. On Wednesday, Thomas A. Sharp, 59, president, pleaded innocent to a 44-page indictment listing 600 charges--conviction charges--conviction of which would make liable to 5,990 years imprisonment.
