On March 4, 1924 he married Alice Barta at Artesian. Survivors include his widow; two sons, William, Iroquois, and Edward, Broderick, Calif.; four daughters, Mrs. Ray (Collette) (Collette) William, Lead; Mrs. Robert Robert (Betty) Brandrup, Mrs. Harvey (Joann) Poppen and Mrs. Pat (Joyce) Giroux, Woodland, Woodland, Calif. Also 29 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and four sisters, sisters, Mrs. Ed Watznauer, Huron; Mrs. Mary Hinker, Forestburg; Forestburg; Mrs. Theresa Kobriger, Woonsocket, and Mrs. Emma Schlim, Madison.
