Glen Eugene Dorwin Glen Eugene Drowin, 75, of Church st. In Kennedy, N.Y., died at 2:55 a,m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31,1968, at WC A Hospital in Jamestown, Jamestown, N.Y. He was Dorn on Feb. 21, 1893, in Cherry Creek, N.Y., the son of Eugene and Francis Dorwin, He was a veteran of World War I, having served in the Quartermaster Corps, was a former employee of the Chautauqua County highway department, department, but had spent the last ten years In retirement. He was a charter member of the Samuel Derby Post No, 56, of the American Legion of Frewsburg and was also a member of the Veterans of World War I of the USA, Inc., of Randolph. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Carrie E. Dorwin; seven stepdaughters, Mrs. William Cable of Brookville, Pa,, Mrs, Joseph Johns, Jamestown, Mrs, Thomas Wolfe, Summerville, Pa,, Mrs. Wilbert Ploetz, Kennedy, Mrs. Stanley Ross and Mrs. William Boviard, both of Brockway, Pa,, and Mrs, AK>ert Steele of Brockport, Pa.; several cousins and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m, Frtday at the Blair Funeral Home in Frewsburg, The Reverend John J, Olsen, pastor of the United Methodist Church of Kennedy will officiate, Burtal and military grave^type services will be conducted at Maple Grove Cemetery In Frewsburg, Friends may call at the funeral home today from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m.
