The Hampton High School Band, under direction of David Anson, will play an opening concert, beginning at 7:15 p.m. Additional guests taking part in ceremonies include Ellen Gedro. Miss Congeniality in the recent Little Junior Miss Contest, Hampton Mayor Ann Kilgore, Newport News Mayor Harry Atkinson, WGH radio newsman Dick Kidney, organist Ketty Rayle Hutchinson and the former Miss Hampton-Newport News, Kathy Uneberry Murphy. Special guests will include First District Rep. Thomas N. Downing, Hamp ton Senator Hunter B. Andrews, Newport News Representative Louis McMurran and John L. Huff, vice president of ABC Southeastern Theatres. The Newmarket theatres,' long with the Paramount' Theatre in Newport Newt. are among more than to ABC Southeaatern theaters in the Carolinas, Tennessee, Georgia and Virginia. Movies scheduled for the new theaters are the Lucille Ball musical "Mame" at Theatre II and the new Burt Reynold hit, "The Longest Yard," at Theatre III.
