Each was fined $150 .and costs on each of two counts by Judge R. P. Sheridan. The fines and costs paid into the county trea-sury totaled $2,068. Fines were assessed against Roy Daughenbaugh and his wife, Marie, as keepers of a disorderly house, while four persons also were fined similar amounts for being inmates of the place. They were Marilyn McAllister, 28; Barbara Harris. 30; Elizabeth Johns, 41; Mary Warneke, Warneke, 77. The ca.ses had been .set for hearing hearing before the court starting today. However, the defendants decided yesterday to enter pleas of guilty. The state was represented at the court session by State's Attorney R. J. Ellis.
