CSC To Grant Degrees Tuesday Degrees will be -conferred upon 404 persons at the 68th annual spring commencement of Colorado State College Tuesday, May 27, at 10 a.m. at the Garden theater. The candidates include one doctor of education, 57 master of arts, 338 bachelor of arts with life certificates and 18 bachelor of arts in liberal arts. The commencement address will be given by Dr. William E. Morgan, president of Colorado Stale University, Fort Collins. The degrees will be conferred by President William R. Ross of the college here.
