Slipping en the Ice and losing his footing as lie attempted to elimb on a westbound westbound freight at the telegraph office at the local station of the Baltimore Ohio railroad today. J. S. Dignan, agd 32, of Ulenwood. Pittsburgh, brakepan, was instantly killed. His mangled body was removed to a local undertaking establishment and will be sent to Pittsburgh. The train had stopped at the telegraph telegraph office to get orders and was Just pulling out to complet9 Its run westward to Wheeling when the accident accident occurred. Pignan' Is survived by his widow and one child.
