Charles M. Mansbach Charles M. Mansbach, 75. Norfolk, Va., formerly of Cumberland died Monday night while visiting his daughter, Mrs. Samuel Kauffman, Cleveland. Mr. Mansbach was a nephew of Isaac Hlrsch, 646 Washington Street, and a brother-in-law of Irving Irving Rosenbaum, president of Kosen- baum's Store. Born in Piedmont, W. Va., Mr. Mansbach was a son of the late Harry Harry H. and Nanny (HirschF Mansbach. Mansbach. He came to Cumberland as a young man and resided here for about 15 years. About 1920, Mr. Mansbach moved to Norfolk, where he and his brothers, brothers, the late George and Louis Mansbach,' Mansbach,' operated a chain of men's clothing stores. His wife was the former Regina Rosenbaum, daughter of the late Susman Rosenbaum, a partner in the local store firm. Mrs. Mansbach died about 10 years ago. Besides his daughter, Mr. Mansbach Mansbach also leaves a son, Harry H. Mansbach, who now owns the cloth- Ing business in Norfolk: three sisters, sisters, Mrs. Fannie Broh, Mrs. Bertha Lowenstein and Mrs. May Euinnuel, all of Norfolk, and six grandchildren. grandchildren.
