Mihalsky died of a fractured skull suffered when his head hit the concrete highway during during a fist fight with Tomich. The two got into the fight after they stopped their cars on Route 31 in Ruffsdale. Mihalsky had been following Tomich's car and blinking his lights, according according to reports by police investigating investigating the April 22 incident. incident.
