July 5, 13 Mi son Clly. Inwa Four retire from Oliver CHARLES CITY—Four men have retired from Oliver Cor poralion. Ercell C. Vance retired after 19 years as a machine operator. He is married and has two daughters living in Chicago. He plans to repair and refinish antique furniture in his home. He also plans to do some fishing and traveling. Ivan Watros, Adams, Minn., completed 17 years in the heat treat department. He plans a summer vacation in Alaska and three months (hiring the winter in Acapulco, Mexico. He has three daughters and two sons. His sideline is sign painting. Edward M. Griffin has more than 30 continuous years ns a crane operator. He lias three daughters arid five sons, three of whom are now employed «t Oliver. Ills plans are for fishing trips and visiting. Lee C. Adams, Mclntirc, has spent nearly 20 years on various jobs throughout the plant. His retirement plans are indefinite.
