io J. the at given Every b sec fo SERVICES FOR MRS. BLEICH, 69 HELD AT BURT BURT — Services for Mrs. Louise Bloich were held Friday at 1:30 p. m., in St. John's Lutheran church, the'Rev. E. L. Wittkopp officiating. Mrs. Raymond Lavrenz was organist and vocalists were Mrs. Eugene Meyer, Janice Bierstedt, Sharon Miller, Ladora Peter, Mary Lou Presthus, Judy Wicske. the St. John's Ladies Aid sung, Beautiful Savior. Pallbearers were Irving Anderson of Shakopce, Minn.,'William ! Anderson of Eau Claire, Wis., Ranny Putz of Faribault, Minn., Ortwin Blcich of Hampton, Albert Blcich of Scarville, and Herbert Bleich of Mapleton. Arrangements were in charge of: the McCu'lloufih Funeral Chapel of Algona. Burial .was in Burl tw}o. cemetery. Mrs. Louise Margaret Bleich, nee Falk, was the daughter of ohn Falk and his wife Louise Mueller. Shu was born May 11, 887 at Castle Rock, Wis. As an nfant she was baptized, with the lev. Anderward officiating. Mrs. Bleich came to lov/a wit)) er parents in 1894. The family ettled near the Phelps home, vest of what is now Titonka, in 'ortland twp. They conducted a ountry store and post . office, [ere she received her schooling. 1899 her parents moved their tore -into the newly founded own of Titonka. The family attended the Lu- Jieran church at Plum Creek. In he spring of 1902, after a course f instruction in the fundamen- al doctrines of Christian reli- ion she gave testimony of her aith in the LutHeran church by lie rite of Confirmation, the Rev. ^einhard A. Bleich on Sept. 12, VI. Behrcnds officiating. She was united in marriage to 906, by Pastor Bchrends. The vedding took place on the Bleich arm east of Burl. This union 'as blessed with two children, ,uella (Mrs. O. T. Cherland) of one Rock, and Raymond A., of ibby, Mont. The young couple made their home on the Bleich farm until 923 when they moved to Hurt, during the depression from 1932 o 1936 they again lived on the arm, coming to Burl once more n 1936, where they have lived ince, and where she died last A'cek Monday. Mrs. Blcich was an active- member of the Lutheran church all her life. At first she was a member of the Plum Creek Lutheran church and when it dissolved, she and Mr. Bleich joined St. John's Lutheran church in 3urt in 1913, and were active members since. Mrs. Bleich was also active as a member of the Ladies Aid, being a charter member. On Sept. 12, 1956 the Bleichs celebrated their Golden wedding anniversary. While Mrs. Bleich had been under doctor's care for several years, she enjoyed comparatively fdlr he'aTtlV'arid' was : -able"to 'be- ai-ound. Last week Sunday she attended church services and the Holy Sacrament. In the afternoon she attended a Golden wedding celebration of the Rugers at Lu- Verne. Monday afternoon her daughter Luella came to help her prepare for the meeting of the Birthday circle to which she belonged, and which was to be held in her home Friday. Mrs. Cherland left and Mrs. Bleich lay down to rest and read. She died at the age of 69. Surviving are her 'husband, R. A. Bleich, her daughter .And her husband of Lone Rock, and her son Raymond, his wife and daughter Jerri, of Libby, Mont. Also surviving are three brothers, Otto Falk, Taconia, Wash., Arthur Falk, Salem, Ore., and John Falk of Algona, and many relatives and friends. Her parents and sister Matilda preceded her in death. Out of town relatives attending the services were , Isabella Leek, Spring Green, Wis.; Mrs. Luther Johnsrud, Avoca, WLs.; Dr. J. S. Marteel, of Dodgeville, Wis.; Mr. and Mrs. O. W. Bleich. Hampton; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Root, Aitlcin, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Gronfof and Irving Anderson, Shakopce, Minn.; Ranny Put/, Faribault, Minn.; Wm. O. Anderson, Eau Claire, Wis.; the. Rev. and Mrs. L. Richmann, of Minnesota Lake, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Krantx, Swea City; W. E. Bleich, Mr. and Mrs. Albert of of
