DEATH TOLL FOR IOWA HITS 31 HEAT CONTINUES Even 100 in Mason : but "Not So Warm" on Tuesday. Lineau, 64 of Davenport; an unidentified man found in a street intersection in Des Moines; Einer Carlsbard 40 Whiting, who broke his neck he dove into shallow water in Missouri river; Marjorie Blake, 15 of Altoona, who drowned at a Des Moines bathing beach.
