Area Death Notices Julia Walther Juiia Walther, 65, of 706 Eighth Ave. S. died Thursday. She had been a winter resident of Naples for the last nine years. She is survived by her husband, husband, Johannes; one son, Edmund, Edmund, of Sayville, N. Y.; a daughter, Mrs. June E. Pynacker of Miramar; two brothers, two sisters and three grandchildren. Funeral service and burial will be in Patchogue, N. Y. Pittsman's Naples Chapel, 850 Sixth Ave. N. is in charge of local arrangements. Dr. Creno A. Shiley Dr. Creno A. Shiley, 69, of 1019Â» Pine Drive, Holiday Manor, Naples, and.Okoboji, Iowa, died Wednesday evening in Naples Community Hospital. \ retired dentist, he had prac- ticed in Okoboji and retired to Naples, where he had wintered for the past four years. He was a member of the Lutheran Church, the American Dental Association, the Iowa Dental Association, charter member of the Lions Club of Graettinger, Iowa, member of the Rotary Club of Spirit Lake, Iowa. He had been a member of the Palo Alto County School Board and the Graettinger School Board and a member of the First Team, All Time Football Team of Northwest Iowa. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Evelyn Shiley of Naples and Okoboji; two daughters, Miss Joanne Shiley of South Euclid, Ohio, and Mrs. Paul Larson (Susan) of Estherville, Iowa, and three grandchildren. Funeral service will he conducted conducted this evening at 7:30 p.m. at the Holiday Manor Community Clubhouse with Rev. Eugene Bushong officiat- ing. Pittman's Naples Chapel, 850 Sixth Ave. N., is in charge of arrangements. Col. Louis E. Roth Col. Louis E. Roth, 61, of 314 Third Street N. died Thursday at his residence. A resident here for the past 12 years, he moved to Naples from Fort Belvoir, Va. He was a retired U. S. Army Colonel in the Corps of Engineers, a registered professional engineer engineer and partner in Hamlin- Roth Construction Co., Marco Island. He was a member of the Fourth Armored Division Association, Collier County Historical Society and Naples Moose Lodge No. 1782. He served as Naples City Building Inspector from 1961 to 1964 and was construction superintendent superintendent for Homili Construction Co. of Naples from 1964 to 1966. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Margaret Roth of Naples; iwo sons, Robert H. Roth of Puerto Rico and William F. Roth of Melbourne, Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. Thomas (Nora) Peek of Naples and Mrs. Robert (Margaret) Bender of St. Petersburg; one sister, Mrs. C. E. Alexander of Naples', six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was .the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Roth, and the father of Margaret Erna Roth (deceased). Rev. Christopher Barker of Trinity by the Cove Episcopal Church will conduct funeral service Saturday at 5 p.m. at Pittman's Naples Chapel, 850 Sixth Ave. N. Honorary pallbearers will be Fred Hamlin, Ted Stevenson, Dr. Francis Ford, Fred Hall, George Bender and Ralph Leigh. Further service and burial will be in Clarksville, Tenn. Friends may call at the Naples Chapel from 4 p.m. to service time. The family sug- gests contributions be made the American Cancer Society, Collier County Chapter. Walter C. Rackeweg Walter C. Rackeweg, 55, Syracuse, Ind., died here Thursday. Funeral services and burial will be in Warsaw, Ind. arrangements are in charge Pittman's Naples Chapel, Sixth Ave. N. Edward J. Beck Funeral Mass for Edward Beck, 60, of 4480 Parrot will be Monday at 9:30 St. Ann Catholic Church. Owen Henderson will officiate. Burial will be in Barrancas National Cemetery in Warrington, Fla. Friends may call at the G. Hodges Funeral Chapel Saturday and Sunday from 7 p.m. Scripture service will conducted at the Hodges Chapel Sunday at 8:30 p.m.
