NIST Mrs. Kathryn Nist, 45, of 315 North Chestnut St., Scottdale, died a.t 9 a.m. today at Frick Community Hospital at Mount Pleasamt where she had been admitted April 13. Born May 28, 1925, in Scottdale, s'he was a daughter of Mrs. Ivalyn Shively Hough and the late George S. Hough of Scottdale. Mrs. Nist was a graduate of S c o t t d a l e Class of 1943, and was also a graduate of H. C. Frick Community Hospital School of Nursing with the class of 1946. She was a registered nurse. She belonged to the Frick Community Hospital's L a Auxiliary and the Pleasant Valley Country Club and was active in community affairs. She was a member of SI. R. C. Church. In addition to her mother, she is survived her husband, Dr. Claude L. Nist: one son, William; three daughters, Sharon, Patricia, and Donna, all at home; a sister. Mrs. Jack (Ivalyn) Wells of Scottdale, and three brothers, George E. Hough, Robert T* Hough and Thomas W. Hough all of Scottdale.
