Hollinger, of 237 Hummel street, who died recently, was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Hollinger and was born in Centerville, Cumberland county. He was married in 1SS0 to Miss Katie Heagy. and moved to Altoona in the same year. Two years later he became identified with the Church of the Brethren and in 1SS4 was ordained to the ministry by Elder Gray - bill Myers, of Altoona. He is survived by h's three sons. Samuel A., of Renova; Elmer H., and Herman O., of this city; four daughters, Mrs. C. M. Railing, of Renova: Mrs. Wilmer Irvin, and Mrs. Charles Boyer, of this city, and Mrs. Elmer Scyoc, of Shippensburg; three brothers, Daniel and James Hollinger, of Carlisle, and Willis Hollinger, of Philadelphia; one sister, Mrs. Charlotte Shellehammer, of Carlisle, and fourteen grandsons The funeral services were conducted by the Rev. A. L. li. Martin, of Baltimore, assisted by the Rev. A. R. Ayres, Elder William K. Conner and the Rev. Mr. Boakley. Burial was made in the Paxtang cemetery.
