Guthridge Sr. Mrs. Evelyn H. Guthridge, 49 of 30 Boone Street, died yester- day in Memorial Hospital where she had 'been a patient three weeks. She had been in failing health the past year. Born here she was a daughter of the late Frank E. and Jessie Lee (Lewis) Lewis. She was a member of First Methodist Church and Ladies' Circle of Woodmen of the World. She had been employed as a nurses aid at Memorial Hospital. Surviving are her husband, James T. Guthridge, Sr.; two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Lee Hall, Atlanta, Ga., and Mrs. Ella Nines, here; two sons, Sgt. ard E. Guthridge, USMC, Camp Lejeune, N. C., and James T. Guthridge Jr., Baltimore; three sisters, Mrs. Dayton Evcrsole, Mrs. John Kight and Mrs. Lease, all of this city; four broth- ers, Sidney E. Lewis. Baltimore, John H. and Jack G.
