SEPT. 22, WEDNESDAY— 2~~p7~m. Spelman farm to be sold at auction at the farm located 3'j miles south of Davis, > a mile south of Irish Grove church, 4 miles north and 2'-i miles west of Pecatonlca. On good road. 207 acre livestock and grain farm, large set of buildings, located nicely. Good house, 2 large barns, tile silo, hog house, chicken house, corn crib and other buildings. All wired and have electric from high line. Good well and windmill. About 20 acres of permanent pasture with spring water, 7 acres of timber, balance all under cultivation. Lays Just rolling enough to drain perfectly. Over 300 acres limed. A good clean farm. Also 40 acres without buildings, 1 mile south of the above farm. Inspection invited.
