Former President Of Kent State University Dies On Fishing Trip Kent, Ohio, Sept. James Ozro Engelman, 70, former president of Kent state university and one-time superintendent of schools at Terre Haute, and Decatur, 111., died yesterday on a fishing trip at Middle Bass island in Lake Erie.
