Walters, 86, died at his home in the Barnesville section of Robeson County at 8 a.m. Wednesday. Mr. Walters, a life-time resident of that area, was a prominent farmer. He was a member of the Barnesville Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lizzie Walters; two sons, Mack D. Jr. and Beasley Walters, all of the home; and a daughter, Mrs. Ethel Beasley of Raleigh.
