The double ring ceremony was performed by (he Rev. Milton B, Davis at the First Baptist Church, Saugerties. Mrs. Vivian Ricketson was organist'. Huge baskets of peonies, blue delphiniums, reel roses, and also baskets of painted daisies and bachelor buttons decorated the church. Palms and candelabra wore used at the altar. Red roses und daisies marked the pews. The bride was given in marriage by her eldest brother," Richard Locr/i'l. Her colonial s t y l e bridal gown of frosted velvorny organdy was fashioned w i l h n high neckline, yoke w i t h bertha, long pointed sleeves, fitted bodice and full flowing skirl: e n d i n g in a long train. Her fingertip veil of bridal illusion was shirred at the top and caught with side clusters gandy wedding bells. Mrs. Floyd Brown of Tillson, sister of the bridegroom, us matron of honor wore a pink gown w i t h matching Mrs. William Locr/.cl, sister-in-law ot the bricie, of Saugorlies, and Miss Geralcline Follows, Springtown Road, New Pull/, cousin the bride, were also a t t e n They wore aqua gowns w i t matching headpieces. AU carried colonial bouquets of mixed flowers. Floyd Brown of Tillson, cousin of the bride and brother-in-law the bridegroom, was best man. Ushers were William Loerzel, Joseph Loerzel, Saugerties, brothers of the bride. The briclal party received 100 guests at the home of the parents. Mr. and Mrs. Brackett left for a wedding trip to Thousand Islands, Canada and Niagara Fall. She wore a two-piece effect dress with white accessories and corsage of gardenias. They will make their home with the bride's parents. The bricie is n graduate of gorlios .High School and is cm- ployed by General K l e e l r Saugerties. Mr. Brackett attended Kingston High School and served in Europe with the armv. Ho employed by ITrrvey Thompson : Service Station, Broadway. i
