8 o'clock In the Colonnade hotel, for the purpose of giving the men who are going to the old country a send-off. All members and their friends are requested to be in attendance, at the order of the president, Charles Kevis. i - ' ' '-(:) Miss Webb Is Hostess. Miss Florentine Webb, of 1122 Nineteenth avenue; delightfully entertained the members of the K. M. K. club at her home last evening. At the business session of the club, Miss Helen Kaylor, president of the club, called the meeting . to order, and Miss Mary Sisler carried out the duties cf the secretary. Plans were made for a moonlight party to Juniata Springs, on August 10. The young people will be chaperoned by Mrs. Carrie Beck. The hostess was persuaded to sing, and her numbers were greatly en-Joyed. Charles 'Ha!!, an honor guest also entertained with voca! selections. The victrola .music was greatly en-Joyed. The home was prettily decorated in the club colors, maroon and gold. THe evening came to ac!oee. wuen a fine luncheon was served. The hbsor guests were Miss Mary Murray, number of sub-committees, report j everything m app!e-p !e order except the knowledge of exactly how many to provide cars for, and so it is desired that all teachers and others report the sale of tickets tonight at the church. Several special street cars ' are chartered for . the occasion and wil! run absolutely on echeduie, leaving the corner of Twelfth avenue and Fifteenth street at 8:30 a. . The principal stops will be Twelfth avenue and Twelfth, street Ninth street and. Chestnut' avehue and of Buffalo; Wilbur Beck, and Charles Hall.
