Topics of To - Day. Some days ago we described briefly an interesting memorial of the early histoiy of the country, in the shape of a watch once belonging to Roger Sher. man. and noir in the possession of Dr. Charles Rowland, of tMa city, who intends presenting it to Lieutenant General Sherman. Tho watch will be placed in a neat bronze holder, with a silver plate bearing the monogram of the Lieutenant General. The whole is enclosed in a leather case. The watch Is an excellent time keeper, telling the minutes, hoars, days of the week and days of the month. It may be seen for a few days at Hart's jewelry store.
