ENUMERATOR ARMY STARTS WORK TODAY A little army of enumerators who will cover Windsor in the coming Canadian census received final instructions instructions over the week-end week-end week-end and will start work Monday morning. The Windsor force includes 75 male enumerators' who have been assigned districts and will secure a mass of information. Residents are compelled to answer questions un der penalty of a $300 fine or six months imprisonment. The Canadian census is taken every 10 years at a cost estimated at $5,000,000. The actual work of the enumerators is to extend over a six weeks period, but results of the count will not be made known for a year.
