Seventh Ward Halloween Parade 1 Monday In 7th Ward Splendid Masquerade March In Ward: American Legion, Mahoning Mahoning Bands Take Part On Monday evening the hal- ioween parade in the ward, sponsored sponsored by the Ward Civic club was a splendid success, with many masquerader* masquerader* in the line ot march.
