city or park of Herbert Improvement As- to put the Will Nabs Accused Man In 'Owner, Boarding His Auto While In Flight, Is Kicked By Fugitive Following an exciting chase late Wednesdaly night, officers arrested George Krause, Wilson Hill, on charge of stealing an automobile. Shortly after Dallas Bisbee, 219 South Front street, parked his car In front of his home Wednesday night, his mother called him when she heard the engine of the machine started. When Blsbec reached the street, he alleges, his car was being driven away by Krause. Louis Sieverling and Ernest King, B37 Puthoff street, were passing at the time the auto is alleged to have been stolen and Joined Bisbee in tho pursuit. When Blsbec overtook Krause in the machine, he said, the alleged thief kicked him on the chin when he attempted attempted to Jump in the car. After halting the car, Bisbee, Siverling Siverling and King held Krause until the arrival of Officers DinwidoHe, Klinger and Evans. When questioned at police headquarters, headquarters, Krause told the officers that he thought the car one that he had he had parked taken was in South Front street several houra prior to the alleged theft.
