14 Nieces, Nephews Share Self Estate Nieces and nephews of Claybourne 0. Self will share in his estate under terms of a will admitted to probate yesterday by Probate Commissioner John F. O'Brien. A niece, Mildred Self of 1532 South Center Street, was appointed executrix with bond of $8.000. Value of the estate is given as $20,000 in real estate and $6,135 in personal property, with annual income of $1,800. Attorney Samuel B. Davis represents the executrix. Under terms of the will the residence at 1543 South Center Street is devised to Frances M. Cornell of 1516 "South Sixth Street, and the family safe is left to Stephen Cornell. Personal effects and items of jewelry are bequeathed to Mildred Self, who also is given two-twentieths of the estate after other specific bequests. In other bequests the will leaves two-twentieths of the estate to Wayne Self of Fort Wayne, Rex Self of Chester, Pa., Hazel Sanders of Farmersburg, Clifford Self, also of Farmarsburg; and Robert Self of Chicago, and one-twentieth each to Orion Self of R. R. 5, Sullivan; Rosa Self of Sullivan, Lucille McElrath of Sullivan and Christian Self of Sullivan. Four-twentieths of the net estate are bequeathed to another nephew, Prof. Orion L. Stock, now of Frankfort, Mich., and formerly a member of the Rose Polytechnic Institute faculty for many years. Mr. Self, who died Oct. 25, was a former auditor for the Fidelity and Casualty Insurance Company. His wife, Mrs. Charlotte M. Self, was a teacher in the Terre Haute schools who died last June. In another probate matter. Margaret McCaulty of 1201 Hafding Avenue was appointed adminis- tratrix of the estate of her brother, William Link, whose death occurred Oct. 13. Listed as heirs were Mrs. McCauley; two brothers, Herman Link of Jacksonville, Fla., and Henry Link of 1201 Harding Avenue; a nephew, George Link of R. R. 7, and a niece, Wanette Soames of 1230 Linden Street. Attorney Perry Douglas is counsel for the admin- istratrix. . The estate is valued at $1,300 in real estate and $500 in personal property.
