Tract No. i, known as the Bell farm, on the Denton-Grecns- boro road, was sold ,in four parcels, as follows: To Harvey L. Cooper, 47^ acres, with improvements, $1,160; Oscar Clark, 40 acres. $355; H. A. Roe, 42 acres, $300; Joseph Kibler, 112 acres, $1,235. Tract No. 2, known as the Brockway land, on the Denton-Grcens- boro road, was bought by L. B. Towers for $2,635. M- U. Stephens brought Tract No. 3, the R. W. Anthony farm"of 271J acres, near Anthony's* Mill, with the improvements thereon, · for $3.830. Tract No. 4. the J. W.
