Wichita Falls Man Is Killed in Fight WICHITA FALLS, Sept. 2 yP)-- Benjamin Franklin Norriss, 64 years old, his head beaten with a three- another man in a light "not far from the bridge. Police arrested and Jailed the year-old man with whom Norriss had been fighting. Three other men, from whom information, Norriss, a Wichita Falls carpenter, carpenter, was found dead about an hour after friends had separated him and Two volunteer witnesses made sworn statements about the fight. India has instituted a plan for an annual bonus to coal miners equal to four months' wages and obligatory on mine owners.
