McQuail, at their meeting meeting Tuesday, Feb. 20th at 7 p. m. in Room 203 of the Student Union. The subject of the evening will be "Russian Military Might in the Cold War." Col. Robert P. McQuail Colonel McQuail was graduated from the United States Army Command and General Staff College, College, Fort Lcavenworth, in 1945; from the Army War College, Carlisle Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania, in 1957; and from the Naval Intelligence Intelligence School, Language Department, Department, Anacostia, Maryland, in 1958. During his three years of Foreign Area Specialist Training on the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the Colonel spent three months traveling in the Soviet Union and also visiting Yugoslavia, Yugoslavia, Hungary and Rumania.
