Y. Young, Edward A. Young and D. L, Young. To the aboee named defind/mtn: You hereby notified that on or before the day of January, 1881, there will be in tke office of the Clerk of the District Court, in and for said comity ot State of Iowa, the petition of the named plaintiffs, claiming of you: That they and yon, said defendants, are the joint owners in fee by inheritance, as of David Young, deceased, of the south of the south-west ^ of the north-west Sec. 1C, and the west half of the southwest U of Sec. 1C, and the north half N. E. \ of Section 20, and of the N. "W. if of Section 21, and of S. W. Jf of Section 21, all in 70, north of range 19 west, iu said That plaintiff, Sarah. Young, is entitled to % in value of said land; that the plaintiff, John I. Young, and defendants, Johnson, Elmira Stockdick, Geo. T. aud Edward A. Young, and Mary D. Young, are each entitled to 1-0 of ;;[, 2-1S ot said land, and asking that partition of said land be made to all of said according to their respective interests therein.
