Jail Escapee POCATELLO (UPD— A man who escaped from the psychopathic psychopathic ward of the Denver County County Jail while awaiting trial on a murder charge was captured Tuesday Tuesday night here by agents of the FBI. Roger K. Thatcher, 28, the confessed confessed slayer of a 27-year-old Englewood, Colo, service station attendant, was lame with a broken leg when picked up outside a thea- 'tre here.
