D. 1923 to me directed-and now-In my hands, that on the 26 day of March A. D. 1923 In an action then pending in said Court, wherein Bartlctt Brothers Land and Loan company, a corporation, •was plaintiff and Joe H. H. Dobb3, Dora Dobba Zcb P. Jackson and Frank D. Meadows, doinK business aB Jackson and Meadows were defendants a personal judgment was rendered In said Court in said action in favor of said "plaintiff and against said defendants Joe H. H7 Dobbs and Dora Dobbs for the sum of Nineteen Hundred Eighty-five and 39-100 Dollars, ($1985.39) debt, bearing Interest nt the rate of ten per cent per annum from the date thereof, and for the sum of One Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($175.00) attorney's fee and costs of suit, taxed at Dollars and which Bums were declared and adjudged by said Court to be a first lien on the real estate therein, and hereinafter described And Whereas, It further appears that it was further, ordered by said Court in said action that an order of sale Issued out of said Court directed to the Sheriff of said County of Sequoyah commanding him to advertise and Bell •aid real estate, without appraisement, or so much thereof OB may be necessary to satisfy •aid judgment, interest, attorney's fee and costs, and costs of Bale, and all the right, title, interest, and equity of redemption of sold de' fendants in and to said property or'any part thereof, as In case of sales of real estate on execution without appraisement, subject to confirmation by the Court. Oct. 26- Nov. 2-9-16-28 O NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE UNDER DECREE OF FORECLOSURE Pursuant to an order of Bale issued out of the District Court of/Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, on the 30th day of October, 1928, to me delivered, and by virtue of a decree of foreclosure in ease No. 4009, wherein the Security Trust company of Freeport was plaintiff, and N. G. Burrow, A. F. Burrow, Security Lend Credit company, a corporation, Sarah J. Gaede John A. Whitman, Clement Mortgage company, Freda Clair Hines, a minor, Oklahoma Farm Mortgage Company, a corporation, W. L. Curtis, L. S. Hines, Trustee for the legal heirs of R. W. Hines, deceased, L. S. Hines, Luble Hines and India Weems, nee Hines, were defendants, and wherein on the 18th day of April, 1928, the said plaintiff recovered a judgment for the sum of $150.98, with interest thereon at the rate of eight per cent per annum from said date; the sum of $85.24 expended for taxes nnd abstract of title, with Interest thereon at the rate of six per cent per. annum from said date; the sum of $16.00 as guardian ad litem fee for Roy Frye: the sum of $83.00 attorney's fees and costs of suit taxed at $33. ;5, which fnld sums were adjudged by the court to be a second Hen on the real estate In said doeree nnd hereinafter described, subject only to the firsjt. mortgage for $1100.00 and accrued inter| est thereon; and Whereas, it is ordered by the court that the iiadersigned sheriff df said county and state, at the expiration of six months from the date of said judgment .if said judgment, interest and costs are not fully paid, shall sell without appraisement the real ostatc described In said decree, which Is as follows, to-wlt!
