Miller, Amos as- Boettger Suits ^ Are Settled for Total of $8,750 Total settlements' in the '.damage '.damage suits brought by the-Boettger family of Iowa against the F. Stamper Company, here, as the result of a highway crash, to $8,750, it was learned today. A report yesterday that $1,100 was paid did not include- a payment of $7,000 for personal injuries, injuries, §550 for the death, of her husband an'd, $100 for the; mobile, made · to Mrs. -. Boettger, the only survivor crash. Four persons' were killed as 18 ult o P f the accident-Fred result of the Boettger, who, was Mrs.- Christina B'oettger's- husband, CpL Leroy Boettger and Miss Mabel Boettger. Boettger. their son and daughter, and William Boettger, who was a brother- of Fred Boettger. The estate of William Boettger was -allowed $300 judgment on $10,000 suit and the estates of Boettger and Miss Boettger each received $400, all, settlements being being niade by agreement. Ray L. Falzorie was attorney for the Boettgers and. for W.' Howell, administrator of the estates, and Hunter and Chamier for the- 1 defendants.
