Holly Springs, and Cumberland county will come before before the court finally Tuesday, for argument. At that time Judge Fred S. Reese, of Carlisle, will be asked to pass ButtorfTs demand for $7,200 which he claims is due him in salary covering his years in office. Buttorff, who served from January, 1928, to January of this year, was paid at the rate of $2,200 per year, but he contended that he was entitled to an annual maximum remuneration of $4,000.
