ORIGINAL NOTICE, To James Lawrence Bunt; Jessie Mullin, Mullin, nee Hunt, Mullin, her husband; Charles Bunt; Nina M. Taylor, nee Bunt, Taylor her husband; Grace "Byersr-nee Bunt, Frauk Byers her husband; .Pearl Bunt; Reuben E. Bunt; Anna Kehoe, nee Bunt; James Kehoe her husband; Howard Howard Bunt; Dora Coleman, nee Bunt, David David Coleman her husband; James E. Bunt; EllaL. Bunt his wife; David Carroll; Jas. and William Carroll; Jennie'Mitcbell, nee Carroll; Mary Bogh, nee Carroll; Hugh Carroll; John Carroll and Richard Carroll defendants: You and each of you are hereby notified that on or before the 15th day of August, A. D. 1898, the petition of S. D. Bunt, as executor of the last will and testament of Reuben E. Bunt, late of Emmett county, Iowa, deceased, testate will be filed in the office of the Cleric of the Dist. Court of the State of Iowa within and for Kossuth county, claiming of you and of each of you as defendants, as executor executor of the last will and testament of Reuben E. Bunt, deceased, that authority be granted to sell the southeast quarter of section 31, township 99, range 30,west, situated in Kossuth county, Iowa, belonging belonging to the estate of said deceased, in order to pay the legacies devised by the will aud remaining unpaid, and in order to comply with the terms of said will, by distributing distributing the residuary estate among the residuary devisees under said will, and that before such sale can bo made and distribution distribution had that the court construe the will in regard to the share of Carrie Bunt, now deceased, under will, whether same shall go to parents of said Carrie Butit, the defendants James E. and Ellen L. Bunt, or to their co-residuary legatees aud devisees. Also, that before said property property can be sold, the court determine the interests of the several defendants, Carroll, Carroll, Jennie Mitchell and Mary Bogh to certain buildings and improvements on said real estate, which Is claimed by them, but which the executor declares they have no claim to; and for general equitable; relief, relief, and the necessary orders, judgment and decree to enable the said executor to fully carry out the terms of the will and disp'ose of and distribute said property aC' cording to the law and practice of the court in such cases, among the residuary legatees and devisees named In the will of the said Reuben E. Bunt, who are made defendants herein. And unless you appear appear thereto and defend before noon of the second day of the next term, being the September term of the said District Court of the State of Iowa within and for Kossuth Kossuth county, which will commence at Algona, Algona, Iowa, on the 5th day of September, A.
