n,arVeU j The proposed Lebanon Springs Road embraces 53 ".niles from Chatham Four Corners, the terminus of the illarlem Road, to Bennington, Vermont. It will be built for $34,000 a mile, and including equipments, cost $3,010,( 00. The through traffic from Bennington to New-York. New-York. New-York. 163 miles, w ill be done connectedly with the Harlem. Th gross traffic derived from the new road is estimated, the first year, at $516,000. Of this about two filtha go to tbe new Cwnpany, say $222,000, and the remainder, remainder, say $294,000, to the Hudson. The first sum wil I cover the cost of operating the 53 miles new Road and full 7 cent, on the investment. . If the gross estimate estimate should fall abort, the Harlem yield a further division, division, to make good thin result, but not to exceed in all one half the gross earnings derived from the new road. As we understand it, these earnings must fill below $150,000 to pay less than 7 1' cent, to ths Lebanon Company, or to add less than $22,5000 to the present in come of the Harlem.
