America's building of IN Student Is Of Family In Shortsville SHORTSVILLE --Harold Jefferson Ngoda of Kenya, who. will enter Hie State University under the African Scholarship Program of American Universities, is a guest of Mr. and Mrs. McGuire, Hebron Avc., Shortsville, for the interim. . Harold, who is 25, Is one of children. Jlc has four sisters, and two brothers, one older and one younger. He . attended elementary schools, and at the age of 14 began working to pay for his education in secondary schools. He was assisted by his parents and older brother to attend teachers Training College for two years. Since the n he has been teaching in Aggrcy High School, Wundanye, Taili. In turn e hasjjeen helping his parents to improve their home and his younger brother to get an education.
