CLEMENT T, STAKEM MIDLAND -- C l e m T. Stakem, 61. who operated a vice station on Vale Summit Road, died today in Potomac Valley Hospital in Keyser. Mr. Stakem was born in land, a son of the late James D. and Theresa (Sharpe) Stak em. Survivors include his widow, Ann (Urbas) Stakem; three daughters, Mrs. Patricia Garri son, Midland; Mrs. Noreen Smith, Piedmont, and Mrs. Tapacio, Annapolis: three sis ters, Mrs. Henry Milford, coning; Mrs. Rosemarie Chee zam, Baltimore, and Mrs Theresa Rhodes, Arkansas; five brothers, Thomas Stakem, land; Lawrence J. Stakem, limore; Joseph E. Stakem, the Army in Germany; Pau Stakem, with the Army in as, and James B. Stakem, Spring, and seven grandchil dren. The body is at the Eichhorn Funeral Home, Lonaconing
