The charge of embezslement against Charles Rfed, the employment agent, was dismissed by Justice Miller yesterday, a settlement having been effected. Nelson, son of Basber Dyre, corner of of John and Ash streets, died yesterday morning, aged 4 years. The remains will be interred at Mount Pleasant cemetery today at 10 o'clock.
