Effie Atchison of WalnuHHill Dies Mrs. Effie Atchison, of Walnut Hill, died at 10:25 o'clock last night at St. Mary's Hospital in Crntralia. Her age was 70 years and 27 days. Funeral service.s will be held Thursday at 2:00 p. m. at tlie Boyd Christian church, with Edwin V. Hayden officiating, and burial will be in Boyd cemetery. The body will remain at Myers Chapel, where friends may call until the funeral hour. Mrs. Atchison was born February 18, 1R79 near Boyd, in Jefferson count>' the daughter of William and" Christiana tSnow) Crane. She was married to John Atchison, who survives. She was a member of the Boyd Christian church. Surviving, besides her husband, are one .son. Lloyd Atchison of Walnut Hill; three daughters, Mrs. Etha Stover of Mt. Verrfon, and Mr.s. Opal Timmons and Mrs. Louella Crabtree of Centralia: throe brothers. Smiley Crane and Spencer Crane of Centralia and Ivan Crane of Dix; 12 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. One son and one daughter preceded her in death.
