Mrs. PIONEER Lloyd McMillen gave a surprise birthday dinner in honor of her father's 69th birthday, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. T. H. Wormington of Neosho and Lena Stark who has been with them for several weeks visited in the Lewis Stark home, Sunday. Lena remained with home folks and Lois returned returned with them for_a week's stay. Mildred, Mabel and Ruth Wagner Wagner were dinner guests in the J. G. Coatney home, Sunday. Rev. Lev! f Ray filled his regular regular appointment Sunday at 11 o'clock and Sunday night with a good attendance. Grandma Stark visited with Elmer Stark and family, Sunday. Mrs. Lelah McMillen is on the sick list. Mr. and Mra W. S. Francis vis- tted in the Harper home, Sunday. A large crowd gathered at Pioneer, Saturday night, and gave Mr. and Mrs. Martin a Charivari as tie was married to a Mrs. Clarfc last Thursday. All enjoyed eating Ice cream. Aunt Jane Shannon fell in her yard Tuesday evening and bruised herself up considerably. Her daughter, Mrs. Tina Gibson, and two grandchildren, John and Naomi Naomi Gibson her. of Picher are with
