Prosperity Shown in Annual Report Green County Service Co. Continued growth of the Green County Service Co. was emphasized in the report of Paul A. Franke, manager, to the organization's 13th annual meeting attended by between 400 and 500, members last evening in Turner hall. Total net sales rose to $185,513.49 last year, compared with $13,755.05 in the five months of .operation in 1934, first year of the cooperative. Patronage dividends for 1946 totaled $11,341.47, Mr. Franke reported. Reelection of all officers and directors took place, including Roscoe Smith, president; R. J. Douglas, vice president, Fred Dettwiler, treasurer; J. D. Hahlen, secretary, and Gayle Matzke, director. The annual report showed the sale of 896,060 gallons of gasoline in 1946, 274,298 gallons of other fuel, 18,544 gallons of motor oil, and 20,825 pounds of grease. Both President Roscoe Smith and T. C. Peterson,, organization director of the Wisconsin Farm Bureau, stressed the loyalty of Farm Bureau members to the organization. The secretary's and treasurer's reports were read by Hahlen and Dettwiler respectively.
